OUR PHILOSOPHY
CAHA’S parent company, GAMADECOR, was founded in 1987 to produce top quality bathroom and kitchen furniture based on concepts of advanced design and technology. Based in Villarreal (Castellón), the company’s facilities, which exceed 125,000 m², are equipped with the very latest technology. We currently export to over fifty countries on all five continents and have our own showrooms in Spain, France, the UK, USA, Mexico, Italy and Portugal.
ECOLOGICAL COMMITMENT
In keeping with GAMADECOR’s demonstrated commitment to the environment, an Environmental Management System has been introduced by the company and certified as complying with the ISO 14001:2004 international standard. This system ensures the identification of all environmental impacts and aspects of CAHA’s activities and improvements to its environmental performance, as well as contributing toward environmental protection and the prevention of pollution, from a balanced perspective that takes into account socioeconomic factors. At the same time, a Chain of Custody control system for wood has been introduced so as to ensure that the raw materials used to manufacture the company’s products are sourced from controlled forests. In this way, CAHA can offer products with full environmental guarantees.

16mm-thick particleboard carcass, laminated with a decorative overlay in a Boira finish.These particleboards are certified with the FSC® forest stewardship label and CARB2 label (the lowest formaldehyde emissions). • All the edges of the carcasses and shelves are faced with 1mm-thick ABS edging tape, bonded with PUR adhesive with an extra high resistance to impacts and high temperatures. • Back panel made of Boira finish laminated board (in the same finish as the carcass), inserted into the horizontal and vertical grooves of the carcass and glued in place. • The different sections of the carcass are assembled using hard wood dowl pins and glued at the same time as the back panel, using different presses. This guarantees full stability. • The Salice hinges are 100% metal, adjustable in 3 dimensions. They have an opening angle that ranges from 110º to 165º, depending on the type of unit, and a soft-close system. Thanks to the hinges’ clip mechanism, the doors can easily be mounted or removed without tools. • The legs of the unit are made of solid compact material for extra rigidity and resistance. The bases of the legs are mounted in such a way that the weight of the units and countertops (particularly granite ones) is evenly distributed between the sides and the base, thus preventing the units from gradually collapsing. The ABS legs can be adjusted from -15 to +25 mm. • The shelf supports are made of resistant material and include an anti-tip mechanism. The height of the shelves can be adjusted using the holes in the side panels. • The drawers and deep drawers, with their cutting-edge design, are grey coloured. They are equipped with full-extension ARCITECH drawer slides, so that the front panel can be taken off without tools and adjusted 3 dimensionally. With this system, the drawers can withstand a weight of up to 80 k. All the drawers and deep drawers feature a soft-close mechanism. A wide range of optional accessories and organizers made of wood, aluminium or ABS plastic are available for use inside the drawers and deep drawers. • Concealed behind the back panel, the fastening system of the wall units is designed to distribute the weight between the top and sides. The units can be adjusted from the inside. • The doors can be: 19mm-thick laminated doors with ABS edging tape, or 20mm-thick glossy HPL doors with ABS edging tape.
CANADIAN WARRANTY
Scope of the Warranty: This Manufacturer’s Warranty covers any claims for manufacturing defects affecting GAMADECOR brand furniture that are not visible during installation and which may appear with use or over time, for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of delivery to the first user, except in the case of consumable elements such as light bulbs, pistons, etc., for which GAMADECOR provides a warranty of ONE YEAR. In the case of kitchens supplied for developments and building projects, the warranty period will be calculated from the date on which the kitchens are supplied/certified. This Warranty does not cover the normal changes that affect wood, like any natural product, with the passing of time, as well as differences in its tone or grain. During the period covered by this Warranty, GAMADECOR reserves the right to modify the technical and design specifications of its products without prior notice. This Warranty replaces any previous versions of the same. Warranty Conditions: -That the GAMADECOR kitchen furniture has been acquired from a certified distributor. -That it has not undergone any alterations since it left the factory, and that all of its component features are respected. -That any claims are not a result of causes beyond the control of GAMADECOR, such as leaks, overly high temperatures, abnormal humidity conditions, incorrect assembly, impacts, abusive or unsuitable use, unsuitable cleaning products, changes in tone due to exposure to sunlight, etc. -That all recommendations regarding use and maintenance have been respected. -That the products have not been used, nor displayed for an undefined period in any showrooms, trade fairs or exhibitions, in which case the warranty period for these articles is 30 DAYS. Presentation of Claims: Any fault identified in our products must be notified to the Certified Distributor who supplied or sold our products, or to a certified technical service provider. Any such notification must be made within a reasonable period of time from discovering the fault, in order to avoid any worsening of the situation. In any event, the execution and effective coverage of the warranty offered for our products will be subject to an inspection carried out by the certified distributor who sold or supplied the products, or the certified provider of the supposedly faulty products. In the event GAMADECOR recognizes that the affected element is faulty and within the limits of the Warranty, it will propose either repairing or replacing the same, as applicable. In these cases, GAMADECOR will provide the Distributor or technical service provider with: -The materials that have had the original faults or defects repaired. -New materials with identical characteristics, if GAMADECOR has opted to replace the faulty material, or if the repair is not satisfactory. -In situations when the material in question is no longer available, it cannot be provided by our supplier, or the supplier has changed its activity, etc., GAMADECOR will offer an alternative solution. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, GAMADECOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ITS PRODUCTS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GAMADECOR expressly excludes from this warranty, and will not pay for, any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages. This warranty extends only to the end user and is not transferable. This warranty gives the end user specific legal rights, and he or she may also have other rights that vary from state to state. GAMADECOR will not be responsible for any statements or representations made in any form that go beyond, are broader than, or are inconsistent with any authorized literature or written specifications furnished by GAMADECOR. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or on special, incidental, or consequential damages. As a result, some of these limitations may not apply to the end user.
